Biography
From the University of Colorado LEEDS School of Business, Matt received degrees in both economics and finance as well as an Entrepreneurial Certification. Meanwhile, he was the President of the University of Colorado's Real Estate Council and the owner of two successful businesses. Matt gained over six years of experience in project management as owner of MAK contracting, a landscape construction company. He recently returned from writing the new version of LEED BD+C. He is heavily involved in the USGBC Northern California Chapter and part of the Speakers Bureau at USGBC. He is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (’09, LEED AP, RESNET Certified Energy Rater, and Certified Green Building Professional.
